WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Diners Club, and Paypal credit card. You can also checkout and pay with the following: Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, please allow one to three business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so that you can track your order in transit. For domestic orders, please allow up to seven business days for your package to arrive after it's been shipped. For international orders, shipping times will vary based on where you are located and the shipping method you selected.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes and no. You can contact us if you haven't received a shipping notification to request an order cancellation or make changes to an order. Depending on where your order is during the order processing, will depend if we are able to cancel or make changes. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your request. Just understand we're unable to guarantee order cancellation or make changes to your order. IMPORTANT: Before you place your order, please confirm that all of your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card details, and product selection is correct, as Organic⁷ is not responsible for any mistakes.
DO YOU ALLOW REFUNDS OR RETURNS?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I CAN'T FIND IT. CAN YOU HELP?
Please take the steps:
- Check the perimeter of your house. Ask your neighbors if they've received a package on your behalf.
- If in an apartment, check the lobby, receptionist or mailing room. Ask a neighbor if they've received a package on your behalf.
- Check with anyone living in your home if they've received a package on your behalf.
- Check with your local post office if they've delivered your package to their pick up boxes in the lobby.
- Contact us here. We will do our best to help resolve this issue.
CAN YOU HELP WITH A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please complete the contact us form and include a photo of your damaged item within 48 hours of receiving your product. Our customer service team will review it and get back to you.
