Orders are processed Monday-Friday and shipped from our warehouse located in Los Angeles, California (USA). All orders placed before 12pm PST (Noon) will be processed and shipped the same day.

Shipping Delivery 

Domestic 

• USPS First Class: Delivers within 4 to 7 excluding Sunday. 
• Priority Mail:  Delivers within 1 to 3 days excluding Sunday. 
• UPS Ground: Delivers within 7 days excluding Saturday/Sunday. 

International 

• USPS Priority Mail International delivers within 6 to 10 business days. In some cases, tracking is not updated on USPS website until after the package is delivered. 
• DHL Express International: Delivery within 2 to 3 business days.  

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

Shipping Address 

It is important that you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. If your order is returned due to insufficient address and require re-shipping, you will be invoiced for shipping fees. If your order is returned for insufficient address and you decide that you want a refund, shipping fees are non-refundable.
