Shipping Policy

Orders are processed daily Monday through Friday from our warehouse located in Los Angeles, California (USA). All orders placed before 12pmPST (Noon) will be processed and shipped the same day.

  • USPS/United States Postal Service
  • DHL Express

Shipping Delivery


  • USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail delivers within 1 to 3 business days within the United States. Allow up 5 business days for your package to be delivered. 
  • DHL Express: Delivery by the end of the next business day. 


  • USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail International delivers within 6 to 10 business days. In some cases, tracking is not updated on USPS website until after the package is delivered.
  • DHL Express International: Delivery within 2 to 3 business days. 

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

For any reason your package is lost/stolen/damaged a claim must be filed with directly with the carrier for a refund. Packages are insured by the carrier. If you have any questions or require assistance, please contact Customer Service (800) 568-5939.

Shipping Address

It is important that you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. If your order is returned due to insufficient address and require re-shipping, you will be invoiced for shipping fees. If your order is returned for insufficient address and you decide that you want a refund, shipping fees are non-refundable.
